Project Summary
AI-Driven Automation for Support Call Cost Optimization
Purpose & Challenge
Customer support in telecom is costly and inefficient, with service providers struggling to automate troubleshooting effectively. Traditional LLMs lack domain-specific knowledge of telecom operations, such as network diagnostics, router resets, and service plan optimizations. To achieve full automation and self-healing capabilities, the integration of real-time end-user and customer data is essential.
Solution & Business Model
Ambeent’s AI-driven SaaS platform optimizes support call operations through automation, reducing costs and improving customer experience. The solution operates on a monthly subscription model, targeting:
- ISPs (e.g., AT&T, Verizon) for automated installation, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Enterprises enabling remote work with optimized connectivity solutions.
- Managed Service Providers (e.g., CapGemini, ServiceNow, Acronis) to enhance SME client services.
- OTT Platforms (e.g., Meta, Apple, Netflix, Hulu, Disney) to ensure seamless content delivery.
Key Result
During the NGI Transatlantic Fellowship, the following key results were achieved, aligning with the expected outcomes of the project:
