Project Summary
FinqUP is bringing its AI-powered insurance operations platform to the US market. Our technology transforms customer service and claims processing through voice AI agents that operate across 165 languages, reducing operational costs by 90% while improving customer experience. The US insurance industry faces significant challenges with high call center costs, processing inefficiencies, and poor customer experiences. Our solution addresses these issues by automating routine interactions while providing human-like conversations, 24/7 availability, and seamless integration with existing systems. The NGI Enrichers program is helping us adapt our European success to the US market and establish strategic partnerships.
